Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all front desk operations, including reception, guest services, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring schedules are well-organized and efficiently managed.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors regarding company services and facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of front-office activities with overall business operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company services.
- Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities, including venue booking, logistics, and coordination of marketing collateral and giveaways.
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments, coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes, ensuring timely distribution to participants.
Requirements
- MBA,BA English,/Any Graduate – Any Specialisation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
