About
We are looking for a confidential, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO to serve as a critical right hand in managing the CEO’s day-to-day activities, strategic priorities, and cross-functional coordination.
This role demands high emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing complex calendars, preparing executive communications, and coordinating high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, internal reviews, and travel schedules efficiently and accurately.
- Communication & Correspondence:
Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and documents on behalf of the CEO. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain professional communication standards.
- Meeting Preparation & Coordination:
Organize internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and track action items.
- Cross-functional Liaison:
Act as a bridge between the CEO and various departments, clients, and external partners to ensure clear communication and follow-through on key initiatives.
- Project & Task Management:
Assist in tracking projects and support research and decision-making material preparation.
- Travel & Logistics:
Arrange complex travel itineraries and logistics — including flights, accommodation, and meeting coordination across different time zones.
- Discretion & Confidentiality:
Maintain a high degree of professionalism in handling sensitive information, executive files, and strategic plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts/Finance lead or in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
