    We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design and skilled in using AI tools to create high-quality visual content.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with minimal supervision
    • Innovation & Trend Application
    • Stay ahead of design trends, cultural movements, and emerging visual styles
    • Experiment with cutting edge AI tools and techniques to push creative boundaries
    • Identify opportunities to elevate brand presence through innovative visual approaches
    • Apply insights from performance
    • Campaign Concept & Strategy
    • Independently conceptualize and develop creative campaigns from brief to execution
    • Translate business objectives and marketing goals into compelling visual narratives
    • Develop creative strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with brand positioning
    • Create campaign concepts that work across multiple channels and touchpoints
    • AI-Powered Design Execution
    • Train and refine AI models to understand brand aesthetics, tone, and visual identity.
    • Maintain consistency across campaigns while adapting dynamically to evolving user insights.
    • Use machine learning feedback to elevate design accuracy and visual cohesion.
    • Experiment with generative AI tools to explore new visual directions.
    • Creative Ownership
    • Own the creative vision for projects from ideation through final delivery
    • Present and defend creative concepts to stakeholders with clear strategic rationale
    • Make informed creative decisions independently while staying aligned with business goals
    • Traditional Design Tools
    • Adobe Photoshop,illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Milanote (StoryBoard), Figma
    • Core Prompting Fundamentals
    • Understand what each tool does best.
    • Know the specific commands and features of each tool
    • Analyze results and know how to improve your prompts
    • Troubleshoot common issues (weird artifacts, wrong colors, composition problems)
    • Know when to regenerate vs. when to edit manually
    • Use negative prompts to remove unwanted elements
    • Adjust prompt weights to emphasize important parts
    Requirements
    • Proficient in crafting detailed prompts to create high-quality visuals and videos,
    • maintaining brand consistency, and producing smooth, realistic AI-generated content in softwares like Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Nano Banana, Seedream..Etc.
    • Skilled in using structured prompting methods and familiar with creative animation and
    • Storytelling workflows.
    • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
