This role requires a deep understanding of IT products and services, along with the ability to mentor teams and implement effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the IT domain
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and objectives for the team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the IT sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
