Responsibilities

- Drive the achievement of sales targets and objectives for the team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the IT sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
- Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the sales process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Implement best practices in sales processes and techniques
- Foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in a high-growth tech company or startup environment
- Knowledge of the latest sales techniques and tools
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of IT products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and sales tools
