We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer specializing in GCP to optimize cloud performance, cost, and architecture. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure for large-scale applications, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance cloud architectures on GCP.
- Optimize GCP resources for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Monitor and manage cloud environments, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Identify and implement automation strategies to streamline cloud infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Conduct cloud cost analyses and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and expertise for cloud-based solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and managing cloud infrastructure on GCP.
- Expertise in cloud cost optimization, performance tuning, and architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Strong knowledge of GCP services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Certified) are a plus.
