Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services and projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, project timelines, and budgets.
  • Implement and monitor delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Understand client needs and expectations, aligning services to deliver maximum value.
  • Manage escalations, resolving issues promptly while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Align delivery goals with organizational strategies and client requirements.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for account growth and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast resource needs and plan for scalability.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and service delivery.
  • Prepare detailed performance and status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring delivery success.
  • Manage budgets and control costs for service delivery.
  • Ensure profitability by optimizing processes and resources.
  • Approve project invoices and monitor payment schedules.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Handle escalations effectively to minimize disruptions in service delivery.
     
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in IT project or service delivery management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship building and satisfaction.
  • Growth in account revenue and service scope.
