Responsibilities
1. Accounts Management:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
2. Financial Reporting & Budgeting
3. Compliance and Audit: - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.
4. Cash Flow Management: - Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
5. Working Capital Management

7. Taxation: - Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in tax planning and optimization strategies.
- Liaise with tax authorities and external tax advisors as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts/Finance lead or in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
