Responsibilities
  • Drive the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth forecasts.
  • Collaborate with stake holders to anticipate hiring needs, workforce planning, and ensure timely resource fulfillment.
  • Support the business in fulfilling high-impact sales roles through effective forecasting and engagement.
  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across functions – tech, non-tech, and niche roles.
  • Create and implement talent sourcing strategies using social media, employee referrals, networking, and agencies.
  • Oversee job descriptions, job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Define SLAs for each stage of hiring and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Optimize recruitment processes to enhance quality of hire and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to align hiring with business strategy.
  • Ensure smooth coordination, timely communication, and interview process visibility for all stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for manpower planning and succession pipeline for the sales division.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics – time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management and recommend improvements.
  • Track market hiring trends and competitor benchmarks.
  • Champion a high-quality, engaging, and transparent candidate experience.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives including social media campaigns, career page improvements, and events.
  • Promote internal mobility and diversity in hiring practices.
  • Implement ATS (Applicant Tracking System) best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws, recruitment standards, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations on onboarding planning and documentation readiness.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT industry.
  • Proven experience in hiring for sales and business development roles at various levels.
  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms, tools, and assessment techniques.
  • Proficient in using ATS, Excel, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strategic thinker with execution strength.
