We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be responsible for analyzing digital marketing data to help inform and optimize our marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
      1. Data Analysis: 
 
  • Analyze digital marketing data from various channels (e.g., website, social media, email campaigns, PPC) to measure performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform marketing strategies.

    2. Reporting:
  • Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

    3. Optimization:
  • Work with the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve marketing performance.

    4. Tool Management:
  • Utilize and manage digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Clarity, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all digital channels.

    5. Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data analysis with business goals.
  • Provide data support for ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing analysis or a related field.
  • Experience with web analytics, conversion rate optimization, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Understanding of attribution models and customer journey mapping.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
