About
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be responsible for analyzing digital marketing data to help inform and optimize our marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis:
- Analyze digital marketing data from various channels (e.g., website, social media, email campaigns, PPC) to measure performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform marketing strategies.
2. Reporting: - Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
3. Optimization: - Work with the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve marketing performance.
4. Tool Management: - Utilize and manage digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Clarity, etc.)
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all digital channels.
5. Collaboration: - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data analysis with business goals.
- Provide data support for ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing analysis or a related field.
- Experience with web analytics, conversion rate optimization, and campaign performance tracking.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Understanding of attribution models and customer journey mapping.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
