    Junior Marketing Automation Specialist

    About

    As a Junior Marketing Automation Specialist at Webandcrafts, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and optimization of our marketing automation strategies. Your goal will be to increase efficiency and effectiveness across our marketing channels by leveraging automation tools. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.

    Responsibilities
          1. Campaign Management: 
     
    • Assist in the design, execution, and management of email marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

      2. Automation Tools:
    • Support the setup and management of automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Webengage, Netcore, Klavio.
    • Implement and monitor automated workflows and customer segmentation strategies to ensure targeted marketing efforts.

      3. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track campaign performance and analyze key marketing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Generate regular reports on the results of marketing efforts and make recommendations based on those insights.

      4. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure that the marketing material aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.
    • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring seamless lead management and nurturing processes.

      5. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge related to marketing technologies and tools.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
