Responsibilities
      1. Cultural & Team Alignment: 
 
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation aligned with the organization's core values.
  • Ensure proper orientation and ongoing cultural integration of new and existing team members.   

    2. Talent Management & Retention:
  • Develop and implement strategies for team retention and engagement.
  • Build a strong knowledge-sharing environment to ensure continuity and growth.
  • Nurture high-performing teams with clear career development paths.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to track efficiency, quality, and performance across projects.
  • Adopt a cost-conscious mindset across teams and projects.
  • Increase per-head income through efficient resource utilization, automation, and upskilling.   

    3. Strategy & Leadership:
  • Define and execute the mobility services strategy aligned with overall digital transformation goals.
  • Identify emerging trends in mobile technologies and incorporate best practices into the service offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment and resource optimization.   

    4. Solution & Delivery Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise mobility solutions across Android, iOS,Flutter, and cross-platform frameworks.
  • Ensure quality, performance, scalability, and security of all mobile applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients, product teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Maximize the use of tools and platforms to enhance team productivity and delivery quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve workflows and delivery methodologies.   

    5. Innovation & Transformation:
  • Drive adoption of next-gen technologies like AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT, and 5G into mobility offerings.
  • Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery models for faster and secure go-to-market.  

    6. Client & Business Development:
  • Partner with Sales and Pre-sales teams to develop mobility proposals, estimations, and client pitches.
  • Expand mobility services footprint across existing and new clients through consultative engagement.   

    7. Governance & Compliance:
  • Ensure mobile solutions are compliant with enterprise IT policies, data privacy, and industry regulations.
  • Establish performance metrics, SLAs, and reporting dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
