WAC is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the transformation from concept to deployment for our RED (Retail, eCommerce & D2C) practice.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of complex customer issues and product requirements.
  • Define and implement the long-term vision and strategic direction for the product family.
  • Analyze market opportunities by thoroughly understanding market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee product development and roadmap planning.
  • Identify new opportunities for value creation, independently articulate problem statements, and define success metrics.
  • Proactively assess customer needs and develop scalable processes for collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Advocate for product strategies and vision to stakeholders.
  • Manage product roadmaps, document requirements, and analyze customer and product data.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear communication of requirements to the development team.
  • Set expectations for the product roadmap, establish performance metrics, and define goals.
  • Guide the adoption of new and emerging technologies.
  • Comprehend the complete systems architecture, including services, databases, and cloud technologies used.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Minimum of 6 years in product management, with at least 2 years of experience in the B2B sector.
  • Proven experience in launching Enterprise/B2B web and mobile applications.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business impact and requirements.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
  • Exceptional skills in ART Backlog.
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL and/or business intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Solid understanding of data management, data practices, and data-driven decision-making.
