    Senior DevOps Engineer

    Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage a team of DevOps and Cloud engineers.
    • Conduct regular team meetings, and performance reviews, and provide
      constructive feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
    • Delegate work and assignments to team members.
    • Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud
      infrastructure.
    • Oversee the administration of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Ensure cloud infrastructure is compliant with security and performance standards.
    • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and
      reduce manual tasks.
    • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
    • Monitor and optimize build and deployment processes for speed and reliability.
    • Monitoring and Incident Response:
    • Implement robust monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance.
    • Lead incident response efforts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
    • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless
      integration and delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the project management team to
      align priorities and project timelines.
    • Advocate for best practices in DevOps and cloud engineering.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
      (or equivalent experience).
    • Preferred Certifications in cloud services (AWS Certified Solutions Architect,
      Google Professional Cloud Architect, etc.).
    • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
    • Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and compliance standards.
    • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
    • 1+ years in a leadership or Team Lead position.
    • Proficient in managing cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet).
    • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
    • Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana,
      ELK stack).
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
