    Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Lead and manage the social media team, overseeing channel management and communications.
    • Develop and maintain an integrated content calendar for social media and cross-channel campaigns.
    • Curate and produce high-quality content for social media platforms, blogs, PR articles, emailers, etc., fostering audience interaction and loyalty.
    • Drive the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and utilize insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
    • Lead strategic planning sessions to identify growth opportunities and innovative approaches.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SEO, to enhance overall digital marketing efforts.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • 5-10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and social media management.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Extensive expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and strategic abilities.
    • Proficiency in HTML/CSS is desirable.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on content creation and storytelling.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
