Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others.
- Support the development and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging captions, creatives, and basic content for social media posts.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Maintain and update social media content calendars.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in creating content for blogs, email campaigns, and other digital marketing activities as required.
- Support lead generation and brand-building initiatives through digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or internships in related fields.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and content creation will be an added advantage.
