WAC Creates History: Kerala’s First-Ever Private Office Anniversary Celebration

WACians proudly organised and celebrated the 11th anniversary on August 4, 2023—but this time with a unique event in a distinct style, etched in the hearts of our team with the spirit of togetherness. With this anniversary celebration, WAC has won the title of conducting Kerala’s first-ever private concert inside the office, combining energy, enthusiasm and extravaganza.

The spirit of the 11th anniversary was already in the air—right from the moment the way it needed to be celebrated was planned and decided two weeks before the commencement of the real show. The social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram were flooded with display pictures of WACians posing with the banner of WAC, trailer video for the event launch, and the posts, videos, etc. that officially announced our celebration.

The event was close to the hearts of everyone at WAC—truly conducted inside the office, with the efforts and participation of the entire team. Though the idea of having the programme arranged in the office was different, we witnessed the true spirit of teamwork without any loss in the shine within us.

It all began with the cake-cutting ceremony and various team engagement activities that evoked the joy of celebrating the occasion. Our CEO Abin Jose Tom, Vice President Jilu Joseph, Chief Creative Officer Clint Antony, and Chief Technology Officer Vinoth Kumar expressed their thoughts, words of appreciation and gratitude for celebrating this amazing occasion together.

At WAC, each contribution gets counted, which means we never fail to recognise exceptional talents who make relentless efforts for the organisation. The award for the Performer of the Year was presented to Varghese Thomas. Glisten Jose won the High Flyer award for his versatile contribution to the company. Another remarkable achievement was the Star Performer award, bagged by Ann Mary Mathew. The best team chosen for the year was the ‘Digital Marketing Team’, and the entire group received the award on the dais with a huge shout-out in the much-awaited moment of recognition.

With the elegance of the ambience perfectly set to tap feet to the rhythm of music and the unstoppable energy of our precious WAC crowd, our hearts delved into the musical night performance of singing sensation Nithya Mammen and crew. Our incredible team danced and sang the chorus with a fusion of melodies and soulful music that brought in the true colours of the show.

Our CEO added more to this amazing event with his remarkable words: “Over the past years, we had an incredible journey and I am proud to say that we have re-invested 99% of our resources into the people who stood with us, our dear clients, and this cherished place that holds immense significance to us.
