WAC Honours Outstanding Employees with Mahindra XEV 9e Cars

At the WAC Beyond 2025 Preview Event, held at the Grand Hyatt, Kochi, Webandcrafts (WAC) gifted Mahindra XEV 9e electric cars to three of its long-serving leaders. Sreeved M. P., Digital Marketing Head; Anoop K. Joseph, Global Sales Head; and Midhun Raj K. R., Head of PHP, were recognised for their unwavering dedication and key roles in driving WAC’s growth over the years.
This token of appreciation reflects WAC's core philosophy that the company is more than a team, it is a community that grows together. This belief was also demonstrated when WAC presented its first employee, Clint Antony, with a Mercedes-Benz C-Class in February 2023 in recognition of his outstanding contributions.
The summit was graced by distinguished guests, making the occasion truly memorable. P. Rajeev (Minister for Law, Industries, and Coir, Government of Kerala) and Hibi Eden (Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha) inaugurated the ceremony. Prominent industry leaders also took part, including Dr. Viju Jacob (Executive Chairman, Synthite Industries), Satyendra Khare (Google India), and Girish Babu (Founder & CEO, Infopark), along with other business visionaries and changemakers.
Following the dignitaries’ address, the focus of the evening shifted to celebrating the people central to WAC’s journey. WAC proudly recognised three exceptional long-serving leaders.
Sreeved M. P., Digital Marketing Head, has been a key contributor to WAC's success. He joined the company in 2017 as a Digital Marketing Analyst and was promoted to Team Lead in 2019. Since then, he has led the expansion of WAC’s digital marketing division from fewer than 10 members to over 70, helping establish WAC as Kerala's best digital marketing company. Under his leadership, the team has worked with global brands and consistently delivered exceptional results. At WAC’s 13th anniversary summit, his team won the Best Team Award for the second time. Sreeved’s vision and execution transformed the digital marketing division and strengthened WAC’s reputation as a trusted partner for businesses worldwide.
Anoop K. Joseph, Global Sales Head, began his journey with WAC in 2016 as a Digital Marketing Executive and quickly proved his versatility across multiple domains. In 2019, he transitioned to sales, taking the role of Global Sales Head, where he now oversees WAC's sales operations across the USA, UAE, and India. Anoop has played a key role in expanding WAC's international reach, nurturing strong client relationships, and establishing the company’s presence in highly competitive markets. His leadership has helped WAC build a robust global presence while staying true to its philosophy of delivering exceptional results.
Midhun Raj K R., Head of PHP, has been central to WAC's technical excellence since joining the company in 2015 as a PHP Developer. Over the years, he has advanced Team Lead, now guiding more than 40 developers in delivering high-quality solutions across diverse industries. Midhun has played a crucial role in the successful execution of several flagship projects. The renowned Caribou Coffee Mobile App, recognised for its seamless functionality and user experience, stands as a major project successfully delivered under Midhun's leadership. His dedicated leadership, deep technical expertise, and commitment to excellence have made him an indispensable part of WAC's journey.
As part of the ceremony, WAC's leadership emphasised that this token of appreciation went far beyond recognition. Jilu Joseph, CEO of WAC, shared:
These cars are more than gifts. They are symbols of trust, gratitude, and the future we are building together. At WAC, when our people grow, we grow.
Supporting her view, Abin Jose Tom, Managing Director of Webandcrafts, added:
This is more than a gift; it's a shared milestone. Sreeved, Anoop, and Midhun have been integral to our journey, and their growth mirrors our own. We're a family that builds together, and this is a testament to our belief that when we invest in our people, we invest in our future.
Looking back on his time at WAC, Midhun expressed heartfelt gratitude and emotion:
"Webandcrafts is more than just a company to me; it has been a part of my life for 10 years. WAC has given me so much, including this premium EV today. The dedication, challenges, and efforts I’ve invested here have shaped me into the person I am today. This recognition shows that hard work, integrity, and commitment are always valued and acknowledged.
The recognition ceremony at the WAC Beyond 2025 Preview Event was more than a highlight of the 13th anniversary. It was a reflection of Webandcrafts' enduring philosophy that people are the foundation of WAC's progress. As WAC enters its next chapter, the message remains clear: it's greatest investments will always be in its people and the community it continues to nurture.
