Converging Paintbrushes and Pixels to Embark on A Magical Trail of Art and Technology
The coastal city of Kochi held the largest worldwide NFT Conference, NFT Art Exhibit, and NFT Festival. They approached WAC to design an appealing website for this purpose. We ensured the backend was perfect and optimised to guarantee peak performance by taking into account the large number of visitors the site would witness. The website's functionality and design are on par with international standards, making it unique.

Context
Opening the NFT Metaverse to the Indian Subcontinent
Held on December 18, 2021, NFT Kochi was the largest international non-fungible token conference in India. The organisers approached Webandcrafts to create a dynamic website that serves as the one stop for everything related to the mega event organised at Grand Hyatt Bolgatty, Kochi.
Goal
A Comprehensive Website Covering the Potential of NFTs
The task vested in Webandcrafts was to create an appealing website that was perfectly in alignment with the vast possibilities of NFT. The website needed to be visually appealing and correspond to the artworks presented in the NFT art exhibit and festival. It needed to represent the event partners, sponsors, speakers, and artists exhibiting their creations and details of artwork. Moreover, the entire event schedule had to be clearly visible, and interested viewers should be able to book tickets from the website itself.
Challenges
An Aesthetically Pleasing Website with High Performance
NFT Kochi was scheduled to be held on December 18, 2021. Creating an attractive and all-inclusive website in less than a week was the biggest challenge that Webandcrafts faced. Addressing the distinct set of client requirements and incorporating all the suggested changes in a matter of days made this project quite unique.

Rapid Build without Sacrificing Quality or Integrity
Creating the website was a relatively straightforward process. After securing approval for the idea from the client, the Webandcrafts team collected all the requirements to create a wireframe. As soon as the client was satisfied with the framework, our team moved on to the design phase. Once the design was completed, we presented it to the client for feedback and suggestions. Our team of experts was well aware that time was of the essence and swiftly incorporated the changes required. The development stage was completed smoothly to start a meticulous quality analysis and testing phase. Once that was finished, all that remained was to make the website live.
Technology
Static HTML Foundation Embellished by WordPress
Webandcrafts’ expert designing and web development team made it possible to create this website using static HTML (HyperText Markup Language). Only a few select sections of the website, such as the forms to contact the organisers or buy tickets to the event, were created using WordPress.
Impact

From the beginning, Webandcrafts understood that the website needed to complement and elevate the vibrant and striking NFT artworks that added colour and curiosity to the event. This idea was at the centre of all the steps we took to bring this website to life. Ensuring that the website was the perfect setting for this event and everything it represented was the biggest impact we created.
